Cancellation Policy

By booking or attending activities with Little Earthlings Club (“the Business”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions and Liability Waiver. Participation in sensory play, messy play, outdoor and nature-based activities involves inherent risks including slips, falls, allergic reactions, illness, injury, contact with natural elements, shared materials, and interaction with other participants. Participation is entirely at your own risk. The Business is not a childcare service. Parents/Guardians are solely responsible for supervising and ensuring the safety, behaviour, and wellbeing of their child/ren at all times. Children must never be left unattended. Parents/Guardians must disclose any allergies, medical conditions, behavioural concerns, or additional support needs prior to attendance. While reasonable care is taken, the Business cannot guarantee an allergen-free or risk-free environment. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release and indemnify the Business, including its owners, employees, contractors, volunteers, and representatives, from any liability, claim, loss, damage, injury, illness, expense, or legal action arising directly or indirectly from participation in activities, except where liability cannot legally be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. Business reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any participant or attendee whose behaviour is unsafe, disruptive, abusive, or poses a risk to others. No refunds will be provided in such circumstances. Bookings are subject to availability and payment terms. Cancellations and non-attendance are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law. The Business may cancel, postpone, relocate, or modify sessions due to weather, safety concerns, illness, venue issues, or circumstances beyond reasonable control. By attending, you consent to photographs and videos being taken and used for marketing, promotional, and social media purposes unless written notice is provided prior to attendance. The Business accepts no responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property. In the event of illness or injury, you authorise the Business to seek emergency medical assistance if reasonably necessary. Any associated costs remain your responsibility. By booking or attending, you confirm you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions and Liability Waiver.
